# Licenses and provenance

The bundled actuarialmath Git source and official 1.1.0 wheel retain the MIT license, copyright 2022–2023 Terence Lim; see `UPSTREAM_LICENSE.txt` and the original archive/license metadata. The candidate is a modification of that MIT-licensed source and retains its notices. Third-party source, issue text and dependency distributions retain their original rights. No repository-wide relicensing is asserted.

Original GERO report, test harness, diagrams, narration scripts and result arrangement: copyright 2026 Xamit Kadirbekov, available under CC BY 4.0 for report/diagrams and MIT for original executable test code. Source archives and requirements make their separate attribution explicit. No private client records, logos, stock footage, music, or model weights are included. Media timing metadata is retained; video/audio binaries are not bundled in this research archive.
